Dapatkah pelanggan mengetahui unit-unit ecoCare yang telah terpasang? Could customer knows any kind of units from Ecocare that installed ?


Pelanggan dapat mengetahui unit ecoCare yang terpasang dengan mengecek di IC (Inspection Card) atau dapat menghubungi call center untuk mengetahui informasi lebih lanjut. Customer are able to get to know about kinds of units from Ecocare by checking the Inspection Card (IC) or contact our Hot Line 1500 166 to get more detail information furthermore.




Dapatkah pelanggan menambah atau mengurangi unit/layanan? | Could customer add or reduce the unit or service?


Untuk menambah atau mengurangi unit dapat menghubungi sales terkait agar update surat kontrak. To add or reduce the units, customer need to contact our Sales Area that related and update the contract agreement.




Apabila unit ecoCare rusak, dapatkah diperbaiki? Bagaimana caranya? | If one ouf Ecocare's unit are broken, could it be fixed? How?


Apabila unit ecoCare rusak, mohon segera telepon atau email ke call center, agar teknisi kami segera datang dan melakukan perbaikan. If there is one of our proct are broken, please contact or email our Customer Service as soon as possible. So then, our technician will get to the location and proceed the repairment.




Apabila refil aerosol habis, dapatkah pelanggan mengganti refil sendiri? | If the aerosol are running out, could customer change by their own self?


Tidak diperbolehkan. Pelanggan dapat menghubungi call center, agar teknisi kami segera datang dan menggantinya. It is forbide. Customer need to contact through our Call Center 1500 166, so our technician will proceed the refill.




Apabila refill: tissue, sabun, dan hand sanitizer habis, dapatkah pelanggan mengganti refil sendiri? | If one of kind of Ecocare units, for example ; tissue, hand sanitizer, hand soap are running out. Could customer refill the unit by their own self?


Pelanggan diperbolehkan untuk mengganti refil tissue, sabun, dan hand sanitizer dari stok yang sudah diberikan oleh teknisi. Customer are allowed to refill the kind of units from the stock that given by technician.




Bolehkan pelanggan mengganti refil: aerosol, tissue, sabun, dan hand sanitizer dengan produk selain ecoCare? | If one of kind of Ecocare units, for example ; tissue, hand sanitizer, hand soap are running out. Could customer refill the unit by their own self and not using product from Ecocare?


Tidak diperbolehkan pelanggan menggantikan refil selain produk dari ecoCare selama kontrak berlangsung. It is forbide. customer need to refill the units from Ecocare only or during the contract agreement.

Pelanggan dapat mengetahui mengenai surat kontrak dengan cara menghubungi call center/email. Call center akan membantu untuk menginformasikan ke cabang terkait. Then our Customer Service will support by forwarding to the related branch.
